🎨 How to color it

Color the cereal rings honey gold, the bowl sky blue, the milk splashes creamy white, and the smiling suns bright lemon yellow. Use sharp colored pencils for the many tiny cereal ovals, then switch to markers for the wide bowl and long sunbeams. Try making the background rays alternate peach and pale turquoise so the flying breakfast pieces feel extra lively.

Before the first spoon clink, Niko tightened his crumb-sized scarf and hopped onto the rim of the blue breakfast bowl. He had set himself a blazing challenge: ride one full orbit on a cereal ring before the kitchen suns climbed over the table edge. Milk mist tickled his nose, and the bowl hummed with crunch-crunch thunder beneath him.

Round he sailed, past gold loops, white splashes, puff-cloud crumbs, and little star markers he had placed the night before. “Faster than syrup!” Niko shouted, leaning into a curve as the spoon rose like a silver mountain. The air smelled like toasted oats and morning light, and every ring seemed to spin him onward.

Then the nearest sun winked.

Niko almost dropped his tiny flag. The suns weren’t faraway finish lines at all; they were breakfast pilots, smiling from every bright corner, turning the whole tabletop into one giant, happy orbit. Niko planted his flag on a floating loop and laughed as the spoon chimed again. If you trace the path between the stars and splashes, can you find where his orbit begins before the first spoon clink?
