🎨 How to color it

Color the elephant soft slate gray, the mouse warm tan, the Swiss cheese buttery yellow, and the grass tufts fresh green. Use smooth marker fills on the elephant’s broad ears and body, then switch to a sharp pencil for the trunk wrinkles, cheese holes, whiskers, and tiny toes. Try a rosy pink inside both animals’ ears so the giant elephant and tiny mouse feel like part of the same happy moment.

Each morning, before the sun warmed the pebbles, Bram tapped three stones with his trunk and listened for tiny meadow sounds. He wanted to collect one new note for the evening circle: cricket-click, beetle-scrape, leaf-sigh. The air smelled of dust and sweet grass—until one day, a mouse named Pip rolled in a huge wedge of cheese and said, “Listen under here.”

Because of that, Bram lowered his ear and heard a soft humming from the cheese holes. Because of THAT, the hum turned into seven silver moths, each carrying a different note on its wings. They had been sleeping where nobody thought music could hide.

Finally, Bram lifted his trunk and sent the notes across the meadow. Pip danced on the cool stones, and even the grass seemed to lean closer. If you follow the holes in the cheese, can you find where the biggest joy first squeezed out?
