🎨 How to color it

Color the unicorn pearl white with a lavender mane, make the saddle caramel brown, and fill the cave crystals with icy blue, amethyst, and sunny gold. Use sharp colored pencils for the coins, beads, ropes, buckles, and crystal facets, then switch to broader strokes for the cave walls and arched tunnel. Try a warm glow spilling from the treasure chest onto the unicorn’s lifted hoof and smiling face.

Every day, Vesper tapped his trail map against the cave wall—tap, tap, pause—waiting for the echo-hollow to answer. He wanted one clear chime before the mine bats woke, but the cave only gave back drips, grit, and the chilly smell of stone.

Until one day, his pack saddle clicked when he climbed over a cracked rail. Because of that, Vesper stopped racing deeper and listened to the tiny sound under the jingle of his stirrup. Because of THAT, he found a loose brass button tucked beneath the saddle step, a place nobody checked because hooves were always in a hurry. “Hold still, old gear,” he whispered, pressing it with his horn.

The wall groaned open, and a chest rolled out on a track, spilling gold clinks and crystal light across the floor. Vesper laughed so loudly the mine bats squeaked awake anyway. Next time you see the raised hoof and the waiting cave, can you hear his tap, tap, pause?
