🎨 How to color it

Color the unicorn pearl white with a lavender mane, make the tall witch hat deep purple with golden stars, and give the jack-o’-lantern a bright pumpkin orange glow. Use sharp colored pencils for the tiny stars, leaf veins, hat bands, and swirling mane lines so the small manga-style details stay crisp. Try blending navy into violet along the ribbon-like wind paths, leaving a few stars white so they look as if they are blinking.

The story behind this coloring page

Under the haunted orchard’s black branches, Sable stepped without a sound, searching for the bell-stone that only rang for patient hooves. Dry leaves ticked over the roots like tiny clocks, and the moonlight lay in straight silver strips between the trees. If she found the stone before the last bat crossed the sky, the orchard gate would open for the small ghosts waiting outside.

A crooked hat rolled from a hollow log and stopped at her feet. Inside it blinked a wind sprite no bigger than an acorn, smelling of cold apples and candle smoke. “Don’t chase the bell,” it whispered. “Wait where the wind forgets its hurry.” Sable stood still while the straight moon-strips shivered, bent, and curled around her legs. Her own bell answered once—clear, low, and blue in the dark.

Ever since that night, moonpaths have curled through Halloween orchards, because Sable waited long enough for the wind to show its secret. Next time silver lines twist around a pumpkin, see if you can spot the patient hoofprints under the stars.
