🎨 How to color it

Color the tiger in golden orange with deep black stripes, make the smiling sun a warm lemon yellow, and fill the rainbow bands with teal, coral, violet, and sky blue. Use sharp colored pencils for the tiny dots, cheek swirls, forehead star, and patterned rainbow arches, then switch to markers for the larger flower petals and open body stripes. Try making the tiger’s chest stripes fade from orange to cream so the little star between the eyes feels extra bright.

The story behind this coloring page

Under the high sky garden, Marlo carried a plain copper spoon in his mouth, careful not to let it clink against his teeth. Inside the spoon lay one drop of sun-warmth, smelling faintly of toasted sugar. He wanted to pour it back into the sleepy sun before the eclipse-shadow climbed over the flower roofs. But the garden paths kept curling into loops, and the rainbow bridge above him had gone pale and cold.

The spoon had belonged to his mother, who used it to stir medicine for night-blooming flowers. To everyone else, it looked dull and dented. To Marlo, it held every quiet helping she had ever done when no one said thank you. At the bridge, he heard a whisper from the darkening air: “Keep it, and you will glow.” Marlo’s paws tingled on the cool tiles.

Instead, he tipped the spoon. The drop ran over the sun’s face, then spilled in thin bright ribbons across Marlo’s fur, across the rainbow, across every petal that had been waiting in the hush. No one cheered; most of the garden was still asleep. But ever since, sunbeams have worn stripes, so even hidden kindness can travel where eyes may find it—can you spot the first bright mark Marlo gave away under the high sky garden?
