🎨 How to color it

Layer sapphire blue on the bird’s central body, teal and emerald through the feather rows, golden yellow on the chest medallion, and violet in the paisley wing details. Use sharp colored pencils for the tiny dots, scallops, and leaf shapes, then fill the larger background ribbons with smooth, even pressure. Try a sunrise gradient inside the round medallion so the bird seems to be carrying a bright signal at its heart.

The story behind this coloring page

Every day, Corvin circled the warm canyon thermals and tapped one talon against his chest ring: one tap for east wind, two for west, three for the daring dive between them. He wanted a game loud enough to invite every bird above the red cliffs. Then, one bright morning, he added a fourth tap and shouted, “Follow the ring!”

Because of that, swifts shot through the air like thrown sparks, ravens flipped into the sun, and even the solemn cranes broke formation with rusty cries. Because of that, the canyon wind caught their spirals and braided them into one roaring path, smelling of dust, pine, and hot stone. Corvin beat his wings wider, guiding the rush until finally the game became a shared sky-map, and every bird knew the way in. At dusk, the cliffs still hummed: one tap for east wind, two for west, three for the daring dive between them.
