🎨 How to color it

Color the astronaut’s suit pearl white with coral pink patches, give her helmet visor a pale aqua shine, and make the crescent moon buttery yellow against navy comets. Use sharp colored pencils for the hair strands, suit hoses, tiny stars, and crater lines, then switch to smoother strokes for the big helmet and moon shapes. Try a purple-to-blue glow around the long comet trails so the white suit looks bright and spacey.

Every evening on comet lane, Zadie counted helmet scratches while the repair bots clanked past, smelling faintly of warm pennies and oil. She wanted to beat boredom, so she invented Moon-Swap: toss a sticker toward the crescent, bounce off a star marker, and collect it before it drifted behind a comet tail.

Until one day, her star sticker zigzagged away with a sneaky fwip and stuck to a silent food pod. Because of that, Zadie chased it past a sleepy satellite and spotted three repair bots bumping their empty trays. Because of THAT, she changed the rules: every “lost” sticker had to point toward a snack pack. “No peeking, bolts!” she whispered, while sending crumbs spinning like tiny moons.

By the time mission control called roll, the bots were fed, the pod was fixed, and nobody knew who had done it. Zadie only tapped her scratched helmet and grinned. Next time you see the crescent, check the comet lane for one sticker still playing Moon-Swap.
