🎨 How to color it

Color the bunny soft cream, the present box sky blue with yellow stars and white dots, and the heart-and-star balloons in pink and purple. Use chunky crayons or markers for the big bunny ears, box panels, and balloons, saving a smaller crayon tip for the tiny confetti pieces. Try making the giant bow rainbow-striped so it looks extra silly above the bunny’s happy face.

Every day, Ivy tucked a wrinkled ribbon scrap under her paw and practiced popping from boxes: boing, peek, ta-da! The ribbon smelled faintly of cupcakes and tape, and Ivy called it her “seat saver,” though nobody knew why.

Until one day, the scrap sneezed glitter and wriggled away. Because of that, Ivy chased it under balloons, around the bunting, and straight through a stack of party gifts. Because of THAT, the boxes tipped into one tall tower with Ivy plopped inside the top one.

“Oopsie-hop!” Ivy squeaked as the ribbon tied itself into the biggest bow ever. Finally, everyone cheered from exactly the right spot: beside the cupcake, under the balloons, with Ivy in the middle where she belonged.
