Every night, Nico zipped over the hills counting moonbeams. “One, two, zoom!” he squeaked, wings whoosh-whoosh in the cool air.
Until one night, he made a challenge: touch five stars before the moon hid. But a dry flower patch rustled, crick-crack, with no silver light. Nico shook his wings and sprinkled his saved moon-dust down. Because of that, the flowers lifted. Because of THAT, fireflies woke and lit his path.
