🎨 How to color it

Give the mermaid’s tail seafoam green, her long flowing hair coral pink, the large shell crown sunny yellow, and the bubbles pale blue. Use chunky crayons or broad markers for the big tail and hair sections; staying inside every line is not important for little hands. Try making the wavy water lines two blues, one light and one dark, so they feel gentle around her.

One bubble bumped a baby seahorse nest. Pop! Pop! The babies wriggled in the silvery water. Coralie took off her favorite shell and set it above the nest. The shell caught the pops and turned them into hush-hush whispers.
