Every day, Pip picked one soft leaf for his tail fan. Swish, swish, he tucked it in and marched down the meadow path.
Until one day, a chipmunk popped out with two acorn caps. “Need wheels?” she squeaked. Because of that, Pip tied the caps with grass. Because of THAT, his leaf fan bounced big and bright. At last, Pip strutted past the tall grass. “I made it!” he gobbled. Next time you see those acorns by his toes, can you hear swish, swish?
