🎨 How to color it

Give the princess’s dress a rosy pink, her rainbow cape bands red, orange, yellow, green, and blue, and the smiling moon wand a soft golden yellow. Use chunky crayons or broad markers for the big rainbow stripes and puffy clouds, and don’t worry if little hands color over the tiny stars. For extra magic, make every heart on her crown and skirt the same bright cherry red so they look like a secret trail.

Under the soft swish of her rainbow cape, Suri reached for a fresh cloud ribbon to tie around her moon wand. The old ribbon had gone droopy from drizzle. “Just one fluffy strip,” she told the butterflies, stepping off her cozy cloud rug and onto the rainbow cloudway.

The path hummed warm under her shoes. She gave up her last sugared star to a sneezy wind puff who blocked the bend. In return, it blew open the smallest cloud, a place nobody checked because it looked like a pillow crumb. Tink! Inside rested a tiny joy bell, ringing with golden light.

Suri forgot the ribbon. She flew home ringing the bell for every sleepy cloud, every shy heart, every butterfly wing. The sky giggled brighter and brighter. If you follow the rainbow stripes with your finger, can you hear the same soft swish?
