Before breakfast bells, Princess Petra tucked three ribbons in her pocket and dared herself to leave three secret bouquets where no one would clap. The garden smelled like wet grass and warm daisies. She slipped from the cushiony window seat, snip-snip-snipped a small bunch, and tied ribbon one around the sleepy fountain.
