🎨 How to color it

Give the overalls a soft denim blue, the wrench a shiny silver, the plant leaves a happy green, and the clouds a pale sky blue. Use chunky crayons for the big overalls, cabinet, and window shapes, and don’t worry if color hops over the thick black lines. Add one tiny yellow sparkle on the wrench to make this quiet fixing moment feel extra special.

The story behind this coloring page

Pip’s Quiet Wrench Gift — Under the sink, Pip held the big wrench. Drip… drop. Read the full story →

Under the sink, Pip held the big wrench. Drip… drop. He wanted to turn one round pipe-ring without a clank. The cool floor tickled his knee.

He turned slowly. Click. The drip stopped. The room grew hushy, with soft cloud light in the window.

Then the plant above the sink leaned close. Plip! One last drop slid into its pot. Pip smiled. “For you,” he whispered.

He left the ring just a tiny bit loose, so the plant could sip. Next time you see the wrench, can you keep Pip’s quiet gift secret?
