🎨 How to color it

Color the mail carrier’s uniform sky blue, the cap’s heart badge bright red, the mailbox royal blue, and the mail truck sunny white with navy letters. Use chunky crayons or markers for the big truck panels and uniform, then switch to a sharper crayon tip for the envelope’s tiny border stripes. Try making every little flower a different color, as if this mailbox gets its own sidewalk parade.

The story behind this coloring page

Quinn’s Very Important Stamp — Every day, Quinn tapped a tiny smile stamp on the corner of the last envelope: thump-thump, grin! Read the full story →

Every day, Quinn tapped a tiny smile stamp on the corner of the last envelope: thump-thump, grin! The stamp had been in his pocket since his first route, and its wooden handle smelled faintly of cinnamon gum. One windy morning, just as he reached the blue mailbox by Tulip Walk, the stamp popped from his bag, bounced off his boot, and rolled under Mrs. Puddleby’s squeaky garden gate.

Because of that, Quinn had to crawl past three nosy daisies and one sprinkler that went pfft-pfft right in his ear. Because of THAT, the neighborhood dog, Pickle, thought this was a new game and proudly carried the stamp to the mailbox. “Pickle, official helper!” Quinn laughed, pressing the grin onto the envelope at last. If you spot that little letter going in, you’ll know Quinn is exactly on the route where he belongs.
