🎨 How to color it

Color the tiger cub golden orange with chocolate-brown stripes, the heart-shaped sprout rosy pink, the flowers sunny yellow, and the smiling cloud pale sky blue. Use chunky crayons or broad markers for the cub’s round face and belly, then switch to a sharper crayon point for the small whiskers, paw pads, and cloud curls. Try making the striped tail extra playful by alternating orange bands with lighter peach bands.

The story behind this coloring page

Behind the hill garden, Zuzu pressed her nose to the grass and sniffed for the pink heart-leaf she wanted for her nap nook. It had been beside the daisies yesterday, smelling like rain and berries, but now only bent stems tickled her cheeks. A tiny white fluff floated down and landed on her whisker. Psst—don’t tell the beetles—but it pointed uphill.

Zuzu padded out past the tickly clover, across pebbles that went click-click under her paws, and under a soft cloud with curls like little tails. The climb made her lose one snack seed from her fur, plip, but she found something better: the heart-leaf tucked in a cloud curl, safe and damp and glowing. “You hid it?” Zuzu whispered. The cloud smiled a secret smile. She carried the leaf home, and next time you spot that curly cloud, maybe you’ll know where the hill keeps its best rain-and-berry secrets.
