🎨 How to color it

Layer pale amethyst on the tall center crystal, aqua on the side points, rose quartz on the small front shards, and soft gold inside the crescent moons. Use sharp colored pencils and work facet by facet, outlining each tiny leaf, swirl, and teardrop before shading inward. For a handmade-glow effect, blend each smiling gem face from a light center to darker edges while keeping the cheeks warm pink.

The story behind this coloring page

Why Crystals Keep Faces — Between us, the first crystals were shy about shining. Read the full story →

Between us, the first crystals were shy about shining. In the prism alcove, Quilla set herself a private challenge: carve one lantern cluster with no ruler, only her copper pick, wax thread, and the tick-tick song of falling mineral drops. She cut moons into the tall point, vines into the side shards, and tiny rain marks where her fingers slipped. At dawn, tired and proud, she polished one flat facet with her sleeve and whispered, “There—you made that gleam.” The crystal smiled back. So she gave every shard a face, and ever since, crystals keep faces to remember the hands that woke their light.
