🎨 How to color it

Color the basket honey brown, the big bow cherry red, the daisies white with golden centers, and the sunflowers sunny yellow. Use chunky crayons or broad marker strokes on the large petals and bow loops, then try short up-and-down strokes for the woven basket strips. For a playful twist, make the three clouds pale blue and add two different greens to the leaves so the bouquet feels extra lively.

Every day, Tansy carried her flower basket over the rolling hills and tapped the same red ribbon tied on top. Tap-tap meant turn left. Tug-tug meant stop for the buzzing bee gate. She wanted to reach the hilltop parade before the noon bell, with every daisy and sunflower still standing tall.

Until one windy morning, the path signs spun like pinwheels. Because of that, Tansy followed the ribbon knots instead, racing past wet grass that smelled sharp and green. Because of THAT, she found a tiny tunnel under the bramble hedge, where the lost parade band was stuck with their drums going boom-boom in the dark. “This way!” Tansy called.

At last, the basket rolled out first, bright and brave, and the band marched after it. When the noon bell rang, Tansy tapped the bow again. Can you find the ribbon that knew the way?
