🎨 How to color it

Color the donut golden tan, the icing strawberry pink, the striped horn lavender and mint, and the smiling clouds pale blue. Use chunky crayons or markers for the big donut ring and cloud shapes, then switch to a sharper crayon tip for the tiny stars, hearts, and sprinkles. Try making every star sprinkle yellow, but give the star on the frosting crown a bright silver-blue so it looks like the secret one.

The story behind this coloring page

Nola’s Secret Star Test — Under the soft puff of her favorite cloud cushion, Nola whispered, “Seven star-sprinkles. Read the full story →

Under the soft puff of her favorite cloud cushion, Nola whispered, “Seven star-sprinkles. I can count them myself.” She tipped her unicorn horn toward the glittery air and rolled out—shoop, shoop—past two sleepy cloudlets that smelled like vanilla rain. The first stars were easy. One by her left ear, two near a heart, three beside a sprinkle. Then a moonbeam hummed and tickled her frosting crown.

Nola chased the hum around a silver curl of sky. Oops! A pink sprinkle popped loose and floated away like a tiny boat. She nearly went back, but the hum led to a shy star tucked on her crown. “Secret seven,” she giggled. She rolled home lighter, missing one sprinkle but carrying a new question: what else hums in the candy sky? Next time you spot the star on her frosting, keep the secret with Nola.
