🎨 How to color it

Try honey brown for the puppy’s ears, warm cream for the muzzle, jade green in the petal crown, and deep indigo for the outer scalloped mandala. Use sharp pencils and light pressure in the tiny curls, dots, and teardrop cells, then deepen the thicker ear outlines last. For a lively twist, blend each large ear from honey at the top to chestnut at the tips while keeping the central forehead petals bright.

Every evening, Sable trotted the tiled transit tunnels, nose low, counting the safe clicks between the old rails and the warm smell of dust. She wanted one simple thing: to finish her round without stepping past the black iron arch where the air hummed like a giant bee. Until one day, a brass-winged moth burst from that arch, chiming, “The bell has slipped!”

Because of that, Sable ran after it, claws skittering over mosaic petals in the floor. Because of that, the runaway bell woke every tunnel, booming silver thunder that shook soot from the ceiling. Her paws trembled, but she leaped onto the turning platform, pressed her nose to the cold bronze, and nudged the bell back into its cradle.

At dusk, the maze settled into soft ticking again. Sable completed her round past the black iron arch, nose low, counting the safe clicks.
