Every morning, Ollie tapped the same three pebbles by the flower gate—tap, tap, tap—then waited for the older wolves. He wanted to cross the sunny pebble field by himself, but the stones looked slippery and the grass hissed in the wind.

Ollie took one more hop, then another, until finally he stood across the field with his paws tucked tight and his heart going boom-boom-brave. Next time you see the flowers by his feet, can you spot the pebbles that started with tap, tap, tap?
