🎨 How to color it

Color the rocket cherry red with a sky-blue window, make the ringed planet golden yellow with orange rings, and fill the chunky star stickers in bright teal and purple. The big rocket body and wide planet bands are great for chunky crayons or markers, and staying inside every line is optional. Try giving each sticker cluster a different outline glow, like pale yellow around the stars nearest the rocket.

The story behind this coloring page

With a dum-dum-dum in the engine room, Nova zipped through the sticker sky to collect the bounciest sounds before bedtime. Her rocket hummed warm under her boots, and the window smelled faintly like crayons left in the sun. She tapped the dashboard: tap-tap, zoom! Past a lemony planet with flat rings, tiny moons bobbed like buttons on string. “What sound do you make?” Nova called.

The star clusters answered first with shiny little pips: plink, plink, PLONK. Then one star peeled its corner up from the dark, as if space were a giant sticker sheet. Surprise! The stars had been listening for a drummer to start their parade. Nova tapped faster, the planet rings went whoosh-whoosh, and every sticker star wiggled in time. Next time you spot the rocket’s round window, can you hear the dum-dum-dum that started it all?
