🎨 How to color it

Use sunshine yellow for the center star, bright orange for the big starburst behind it, and sky blue for the four corner sparkles. For little hands, try chunky crayons and let them fill each big star shape with wide scribbles that stay mostly inside the thick black lines. Add a tiny dot of white or leave a small blank spot in each blue sparkle to make it look extra shiny.

Every day, Tavi stamped one small glow: pat-pat, shine-shine. He wanted to make a bigger star with his own points, but the sky wind went whoosh! and flipped his paper.

One day, a tiny wind-sprite bounced by. “Try zigzags!” she squeaked. Because of that, Tavi folded point after point. Because of THAT, four little sparks came to peek.

At last, Tavi held up his crinkly boom-star, warm and bright. Next time you see those four sparks, can you find Tavi’s pat-pat, shine-shine?
