Every evening, Hazel tucked her handmade leaf badge against her sheet and zoomed around Moon Park, whoosh-whoosh, past the pumpkin lamps. She wanted to pin it on the tallest lantern before the bell rang. Until one night, a sneaky wind curled through the path and tugged the badge loose.
Because of that, Hazel chased it over crunchy leaves and around bobbing pumpkins. Next time you see Hazel holding that leaf, can you spot the badge that became her brave little shovel?
