Every day, Jetta sorted the sticker depot’s robot crew into tidy rows: star-bellied twins on the left, gear-chest cousins on the right, rocket in the middle. The press went shoop-shoop, the warm paper smelled like toast, and Jetta’s job was to keep every smile facing up. She wanted one calm roll finished before lunch, with no giggle-jams, no glitter leaks, and absolutely no stickers wandering off.
Until one day, the rocket’s big letter R hiccuped. Because of that, Jetta poked it with her sorting wand, and the R popped open like a tiny door. Because of THAT, a puff of silver confetti burst out, followed by a squeaky voice yelling, “Surprise inspection!” Out tumbled a flea-sized party robot wearing a hat made from a screw cap. It zipped into the star antennae, clanged a gear like a dinner bell, and made every robot sticker wiggle with silent, papery laughter.
Jetta tried to press the R shut, but the joy was too fizzy to trap. Finally, she aimed the sticker roll toward the depot window, and confetti fluttered over the loading carts, the tape bins, and three startled broom-bots. The next time you spot that rocket’s letter R, check it carefully; it may still smell like toast and be hiding one more shoop-shoop surprise.
