Under the soft grass swish, Biscuit padded to his blue bowl. Slurp, slurp—he wanted cool water for his warm pink tongue.
On the way, a tiny beetle tipped over near a daisy. Its feet went tick-tick in the dust. Biscuit stopped. “Here you go,” he woofed softly. He nudged one drop from his nose to the beetle.
