🎨 How to color it

Give the shark a cool blue-gray back, a pale cream belly, aqua waves, emerald seaweed, and sunny yellow tiny fish. Use chunky crayons or broad markers for the shark’s big body, then trace the bubble circles slowly so the white shine spots stay clean. Try making the water darker near the top waves and lighter around the shark, as if a secret glow is following it.

The story behind this coloring page

The Shark Who Found Hush — Under the kelp flats, Pip chased a hush. Not a splash, not a swish—hush. Read the full story →

Under the kelp flats, Pip chased a hush. Not a splash, not a swish—hush. It tickled his gills every time bubbles rose from the sand, silver and cold as moonlight. Pip wanted to know who was whispering before the tide carried the secret away.

He nudged a flat shell. Nothing. He sniffed a sleeping crab. Snap! Then a tiny fish pointed with her tail. “Try under the bubbles.” Pip pushed his nose into the soft sand, and pop-pop-pop—round moon-bubbles floated up, carrying the quiet songs of clams below.

Ever since then, shark pups follow bubble trails when they want to hear the sea’s smallest secrets. If you spot Pip between the bubbles, can you guess which one is humming hush?
